First shows back

Well, here we are, Saturday July 16th, and we have finally started playing shows again! What a great pair of shows to get us back into the swing of playing. We had an amazing weekend traveling to Michigan, camping, etc, etc.  On top of all that it was Will's and my fiance Dani's birthday, so we had celebrating to do the whole time. Either way, check out the pics if you'd like to see some of what we saw! haha.

The lengths we go...

Here is a snapshot I took of my garage at the present moment. You are looking at the final round of hand painted Orwell posters we are working on. 

There is going to be about 65 of these. 50 of them are going to the first 25 people at each of the two shows this weekend. The rest are for family and friends.

Either way, today I spent the first portion of my day cutting the inserts for the cassette tapes (also available for free to the first 25 people at the shows this weekend). 

My point is, we are putting a lot of ourselves into everything that goes along with this record, and it's really great to be so excited for something. I hope you guys enjoy all the cool D.I.Y stuff we are going to be sending your way from now on, because we are having a blast creating it!

We're Off!

Hey everyone!
Wow, it has been quite a while since the last update on here! Luckily most folk's attention spans allow only for facebook and twitter sized posts, or we'd be in trouble! haha
Anyway, Since the last time we updated this, we began sending the record out to various people of interest for reviews and whatnot, and they are SLOWLY trickling back in!

Also, while we're on artwork, we have more! Below you will find the cover for our upcoming split single CASSETTE tape with the mighty SHROUD OF DESPONDENCY. Whew, A brand new Orwell track paired with some insanely good black metal, and all on a cassette tape? Are we nuts, or is this a really cool item?
